Free/Reduced Lunch Applications

National School Lunch Program

Applications for the Free/Reduced Lunch Program can be found at any school cafeteria.  You can also pick up an application at the Nutrition Services Building #2 located at the District Office, 16350 Mojave Drive.  Completed applications need to be returned to the student's school or Nutrition Services.

Faxed applications can not be accepted.
